DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

Filebit.pl respects the copyright of others and expects the same from Users of the filebit.pl service. We inform that we will respond to all notifications of alleged copyright infringement on filebit.pl that comply with applicable law and are properly reported to our service administration.

If you believe that your copyrighted works have been copied or are being used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed,

We reserve the right to remove content if we determine that it infringes someone's copyright without prior notice, at our own discretion and without obligation to the User.

In appropriate circumstances, filebit.pl may also block a user account if the account user's unlawful activities are repeated.
